About Faisal Malik

Stated by the advocate

Twenty-five years in property litigation, the last twelve also before the Supreme Court. I take appeals from the whole of Punjab, and most of my clients today are owners who live abroad and discovered a problem in the land record too late.

Took back our plot from an occupier

5.0Occupied land

Our plot had been occupied for years while we were abroad. Faisal checked the record, filed the case and appeared at every hearing himself. It took fourteen months. We have possession now and the record is corrected.

Thorough check before we bought

4.0Forged or wrong record

We asked him to check a house before paying. He found that the seller did not have a clean chain of title and told us not to buy. That saved us. The report took two weeks, a bit longer than promised.

Experienced and direct

5.0Occupied land

Twenty years in the courts, and it shows. He told us which hearings mattered and which were routine, so we stopped worrying about every date.

Written by clients who signed in with Google or Apple. Wakeel checks each review against the rules (no case details, no names of other people) and publishes it as written, or not at all. Faisal can reply to a review and report one, but cannot edit or remove it.

What to ask before you agree

  • What will it cost in total, and what is not included?
  • How and how often will you update me?
  • What do you need from me, and by when?
  • Who else at the firm will touch my case?
