The other side has
broken the contract
Goods paid for and not delivered, deliveries made and not paid for, a partner who took the money and stopped answering. When the other side is in Pakistan, what can be done depends on what the agreement says and what the other side owns. This page is about the first steps.

What this is about
The agreement decides the forum: a court in Pakistan, or an arbitrator. It also decides what can be claimed: the money, the goods, damages for the loss. Where there is no written agreement, there may still be a claim, but it is built from invoices, messages and bank records instead.
The other question is what the other side has. A judgment against a company with nothing is a piece of paper. An advocate looks at that before advising a case.

- Sends the notice and negotiates from a position the other side has to take seriously.
- Files in court or starts the arbitration, and enforces the result against what the other side owns.
