One upload per image. Each file is checked, resized and cleaned of hidden data before it is stored. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 12 MB. No HEIC, no SVG.

Step 7 of 8Your advocates
Invite at least one. Each advocate gets an SMS or an email, confirms with their own enrolment number, and goes through the licence check. The firm page goes live when the first advocate has confirmed and matched.
More advocates can be invited from the firm page at any time. An advocate belongs to one firm at a time and keeps their own page if they leave.

Step 8 of 8Check and send
Read it through once. On the live site the document is checked by a person at Wakeel within two working days; the page goes live when the first advocate has matched.

Sent, in the demo
On the live site the next screen says: “We are checking the registration document. Your advocates have been sent an invitation. The firm page goes live when the first of them has confirmed and their enrolment matches the roll.”
