Some family courts in Lahore now allow a wife who lives abroad to give her statement by video link. Not all do, and not for every step.

What is usually allowed

The first statement, and sometimes the reconciliation hearing. The court decides case by case.

What still needs a person in the room

Filing the suit and receiving the decree. A power of attorney to a relative or to your advocate covers both.
