A court case
for the company
A company in a case is like a person in a case, with one difference: someone has to be authorised to act for it, and the court will ask who. This page is about running or defending a case for a company whose owners are abroad.

What this is about
A case for a company needs a resolution authorising a named person to sign and to instruct the advocate. Without it, the case can be thrown out on that point alone. The rest is the ordinary civil route: what you ask the court to declare, order or stop, and the evidence for it.
A case against a company reaches it through its registered address in Pakistan. If nobody there opens the post, the case can proceed without the company knowing.
